Anonymous: Your icon photo is disturbing, FYI. Trying to lose weight will not happen over night and takes more than you know. I have lost 15lbs out of 30 since January, and starting off with the photos on your page and the hideous icon photo of ribs and nothing more is not a good start all. Look for more healthy people to look up to, a size 0-00 is a smaller ratio than an eight year olds, so take the too thins off your page and eat some protien and veg and smallest amount of carbs, water no pop or juice

Look at the other message.

Anonymous: sorry if that other post sounded rude, but focus o getting healthy first and developing a routine. You do not have to be vegan to be healthy. Or vegetarian for that matter.

I think I’m allowed to be motivated by whatever images I want. And choose the lifestyle I want. If you read further you would see that I don’t expect miracles over night, I’m just hoping to get closer to a healthy weight over the next year before I start college. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to look at it.

“A woman is often measured by the things she can’t control. She is measured by the way her body curves or doesn’t, by where she is flat or straight or round. She is measured by 36-24-36 and inches and ages and numbers, by outside things that don’t add up to who she is inside. And so if a woman is to be measured, let her be measured by the things she can control, by who she is and who she is trying to become. Because as every woman knows, measurements are only statistics and statistics lie.”
